By the API posibility to specify the file config.xml to use #1360

It is possible to have multiple configuration files and be able to choose the 
type of conference room when making a new conference

Not currently.  We're thinking abou the best way to achieve this in the most 
general way possible.  Among the possibilities are

1) Add a parameter to create called config_url that is a URL to the config.xml.

2) Add a parameter to create called config_override let's you override (through 
some XML DOM matching syntax) any of the existing parameters.

Using (1) gives the means to specify a different config.xml, or even 
dynamically load the config.xml from a server script, and using (2) gives the 
means to make a single change to the existing config.xml.
