Clear page function in the whiteboard tools not reflecting in playback on 0.81 #1365

The "Clear Page" button in the whiteboard tools clears the board just fine 
during the session, but it does not trigger in the playback (regardless of 
browser). The result of the playback shows all whiteboard marks stacking on top 
of each other. The undo feature, however, is working normally.
