Ensure only presenter can advance slides #1366

Though a series of tabs and keyboard shortcuts, a non-presenter is able to 
advance the slides in BigBlueButton.  See

Add check to ensure that only the presenter can advance the slide using the 
keyboard shortcuts outlined above.
