The install script for bbb-record-core exited with an error,but i can not understand the"Unable to install gems" #1374

I am a novice for Ubuntu. The install script for bbb-record-core exited with an 
error. I have read the "Unable to install gems". I hope a friend who can tell 
me how to use this script in Ubuntu.

It looks like the default language for the server is Chinese.  We've not tested 
installation on other langues aside from us_EN.  

As stated in

  http://code.google.com/p/bigbluebutton/wiki/InstallationUbuntu#Before_you_install

the locale of the server must be en_US.UTF-8. You can verify this by

$ cat /etc/default/locale
LANG="en_US.UTF-8"

Can you ensure that the local matches the above and try again.
