The skinned focus highlight isn't visible #1378

In the latest master update a CSS skin was added. As part of this the focus 
highlight was changed from blue to grey for all skinned components. This causes 
major issues because the rest of the client is now also grey and you can't see 
what object has focus.

I'm not really sure what a better colour would be as everything is now grey, 
but I think it might be better to just leave it as the default blue and not 
mess with it.

The themeColor css property had been changed on a couple of elements. I 
reverted it back to "haloBlue" which is the default.
