Update localization files for 0.81-beta #1382

We need to update and pull in the localization from myGengo

  http://gengo.com/string/p/bigbluebutton-1

into the builds for BigBlueButton 0.81 development.

We should also prune the localization files for strings that are not used 
anymore.

The localization is looking good.  We are now using Transifex for localization.
