Images with extension in upper case fail to be processed #1384

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a recorded meeting and upload an image with an extension in upper 
case. myimage.PNG
2. Wait for the recording to be processed
3. Play the recording

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The image with upper case is not played.
