Tail gap of audio is not processed #1386

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a meeting with recording
2. Join to the voice conference, then leave the voice conference and wait few 
minutes.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Those few minutes after you left the voice conference are not processed so in 
the playback bar the length of the recording is smaller than the real
