Ability to edit recordings #1397

Provide the ability for the instructor to edit a recording.  

A first cut at the editing would be to trim the beginning and end of a 
recording.

I need to edit the video mainly to cut some parts in the beginning.

Have you tried 0.9.0-beta which gives you the ability to start/stop recording 
during a session?  See
