Update FreeSWITCH #1399

The version of FreeSWITCH bundled with BigBlueButton is over a year old.  

Update the packaged version to 1.2 stable branch.

Working on updating the packaging to the latest build of FreeSWITCH.

Done.  The package 

  bbb-freeswitch

in 0.81-dev now uses the latest version of FreeSWITCH 1.5.x.
