Adding inline to #define NV_FORCEINLINE  __attribute__((always_inline)) in 
src/nvcore/DefsGnucLinux.h fixes the compilation

This is annoying. Some GCC versions complain about the double inline, others 
require it. Grrr. I'll add it back!
