html entities <, >, & #156

it is not possible to use decoded these html entities (<, >, &, ', "), because xml does not work with them. Possible solution: DOCTYPE

If the content of TextGapOpal and NumericGap contains the sign more > or less < , it is recognized as an HTML tag.
