Problems with Apps on SD card #213

Phone: Nexus One FRF91 + CM6-RC2 + ADWLauncher 1.1.5

Issue 1) Most, but not all, apps moved from phone to SD appear twice in the 
launcher.

Issue 2) Often apps moved from phone to SD have the generic android icon on 
home screens instead of their actual icons.  This happens at random and 
sometimes fixes itself for some apps, but not all.
