progressively exposable secondary dockbar #217

i love the idea of the secondary dockbar - a place to make a bunch of regularly
used items more accessible. in practice, i find it significantly less useful
than i expected, because when i have more than a screens-width of stuff in it i
get lost trying to find a particular one. i have an idea about a slightly
different implementation that i think would make it a lot more useful.

the idea is to have a secondary dockbar that you can open in varying amounts.
the first time you swipe to open it, a first row of shortcuts are exposed. if
you swipe up again you get a second row of icons, and so on. (maybe you could
drag it open continuously, like with the notification drawer.)

in this way, you can put more frequently used items (except those used
frequently enough to get places in the primary doc) in the first row, less used
items in the second row, etc. there's only one way to scroll to see more -
open it wider - and you don't scroll past anything to see more - you continue
to see what's in all the lower rank rows as you open it further. you can
organize it so more frequently used (or ones where quick access is more
important) are nearer the first row, etc.

i think this would make for easier access to and organization of the dock bar
facilities, and add some nice stuff to a terrific tool - thanks for adw
launcher!
