Folder layouts reverting #224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Drag items out of folder.
2.Drag back into said folder in desired order.
3.Wait for ADW to relaunch. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see new layout,  instead it reverts to the old one.

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version?
ADW 1.1.5, Froyo 2.2 FRG22D (Rooted), Motorola Droid 1

Please provide any additional information below.
