Unable to theme All Apps button in 1.3 test

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Apply theme reconfigured for 1.3 setup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Themed All apps button on first use.  Users would have to recreate custom icon 
and over-wright the default one.

What version of the product are you using? On what phone? What Android
version?  ADW test 1.3, Droid 1, Android 2.2.1

Seems that you are creating a custom shortcut for the app launcher icon in the 
default workspace.  Due to the restriction of theming custom shortcuts this 
icon doesn't change when you apply a theme.  Would like to be able to keep 
consistency in themes if users upgrade to newer version when released.  Is 
there any way around this default icon?  The new dock images are all theming 
correctly as well as the home screen icons and app drawer icons.

Sorry, I was behind in reading about the updates.  Started breaking down the 
test apk when I was forwarded the link.  Got a little a head of myself.  You 
can delete this as it isn't a real issue.
