Have notes be part of the import process #314

"1) I'd like to be able to import login notes. I.e., when I import our database, it would be useful if the importer could put the contents of one field into a login note, assuming said field is populated. E.g.

Rachlin | Joshua | badgename | jrachlin@gmail.com | Paid | This text should show up when a reg volunteer looks me up in Congo"

Any progress on this? I'd like to start importing our users for this year, and I can't until we have a working importer.

Should I file a separate bug to explain what I want the importer to look like, or should I add it in comments here?
