Gracefully fail if missing a template #319

Congo should gracefully fail if it can't find a template instead of reporting:

HTTP Status 500 - No such template 'Link-1' found for event 25

type Exception report message No such template 'Link-1' found for event 25 description The server encountered an internal error that prevented it from fulfilling this request. exception java.lang.Exception: No such template 'Link-1' found for event 25 com.stonekeep.congo.util.SMTP.sendFriendRequest(SMTP.java:196) [...]
