"Checkin only" process not working #331

Using the 'checkin' process, without printing a badge, still goes ahead and tries to process a badge and generate the image, even if it's not defined. This can cause a crash if you're only doing checkins.

In addition, the 'checkin' button on the ShowRegistrant screen breaks the flow at the reg desk. If someone is checked in only, the process should be the same as printing a badge. Go to the prompt screen, prompt for all the informtion, mark them checked in, then return to the home screen. This helps the operator understand that that person has been processed.

Further research shows that that flow isn't actually normal. Checks are working properly now but needs some cleanup.
