Email address history missing #343

Congo doesn't keep track of email changes on the History page.

For user 52154, the history says an email was sent to her old address on 2011-09-29, but that's not the email address currently listed in her details. So at some point after 2011, it must have changed.

Nchanter reminded me that I forgot to say that it's possibly tracking operator, but not user changes.

I can't reproduce this. When I change an email address either as an operator or as a user, I see a history record show up. It's possible this is an old bug, so until we can have a reproduceable pattern, I'm going to close it.
