In Game Resolution Changing #10

Have a list of modes presented as a slider or drop down menu from which the user can choose. Currently, resolution can only be changed by restarting the game with different command line args or recompiling the code.

Implemented submenu in 1357a86fa34e2917c40754a2d4aa158fdc1bd390. The menu text is very screwy. I believe the scene correctly adjusts to the new resolution in Holy Balls, but not in Unholyballs.

Resolution change works in unholyballs in 4339b3b54fdbead108e75c927e720e51180e2ec2. Menu text is a bit screwy, but @tjhance has got that covered.
