URLs of Primer #17

Googling "shex primer" gets http://shex.io/shex-primer/ - which says it is Draft Community Group Report 14 July 2017.

Confusingly, http://shexspec.github.io/primer/ - Draft Community Group Report 24 February 2019 - has the "This version" URL http://shex.io/shex-primer-20170713

I believe we've only published one version of the primer. The date on [github.io[(http://shexspec.github.io/primer/) will always be the last commit date (currently "17 March 2019"). I'm working on an extends brach of the primer (which has [try it] links for multiple services) but we need to reach consensus on EXTENDS.

In other words, the document says "Draft... 24 February 2019", but the header "This version" links back to the 13 July 2017 version (shex-primer-20170713).

Shouldn't "This version" link to "Draft... 24 February 2019"?
