Relocate vocabulary and context to shex.io #44

Although it is convenient to maintain context.jsonld, and the associated namespace files on gh-pages, the associated namespace is at https://shex.io/ns/, rather than https://shexspec.github.io/ns/. Best do this via 301 redirection from shex.io .htaccess.

Redirections done, need to update tests and other references.
