ShExR.shex skew #5

The shexspec.github.io and w3.org versions of shex.shexc are out of date with respect to shexTest/doc/ShExR.shex.

Those versions are created automatically, but I don't think we'll be able to match the hand-generated ShExR.shex.

I noticed that Shape was missing semActs and annotations. Maybe that's missing in the upstream authoritative document?

It comes from the CSV with logic in the mk_vocab.rb script. Please consider yourself fully licensed to improve! Or, we simply eliminate it, and put a manually maintained copy of ShExR.shex in the directory for syncing, if indeed, that's where it should be.
