Error running ref_table_generation.nf #163

Typo in ref_table_generation.nf nextflow file under generate_reference_tables module causing error status 2.

In ref_table_generation.nf, the --gen_lens gene_lens.tsv \ command option to be replaceed with --gene_lens gene_lens.tsv \
