[singularity] Adding `--writable-tmpfs` option to selected containers for Singularity compatibility #165

Hi,

this may just be me (since our cluster is fairly restrictive), but I had to add the --writable-tmpfs container option for all containers relating to either wine or Metamorpheus. [1] report similar things at least for wine.

Not sure if this has also been found to be an issue on your system, but I'm happy to push a PR for this if you would like (it's anyway only a couple lines).

I don't currently have a reprex since my main cluster is currently busy, but I'm happy to add one as soon as I can.
