Case in which #203 includes the first exon of #202.
The example above - would be alternative 5' end (TSS) leading to alternative start codons.
If the second isoform had the #202 first exon, then what would it be? It wouldn't be an altTIS, becuase those are cases in which the two intiator codons are included in the transcript.
right now we're calling this "upstream alternative TIS revealed by alt. TSS" -- may revisit after feedback from collaborators
