Input:
GENCODE
PacBio isoforms (with ORFs predicted) for osteoblasts
sQTLs for a GTEx tissue
Output:
Table of each sQTL and several categories (base to detailed) of the effect on protein sequence
Images of each sQTL + isoforms
(if time) BED12 files so that the sQTL and isoforms can be visualized with apt coloring in UCSC browser
