Display "absolute" frame of translation instead of relative #77

Right now, IsoformPlot draws frameshifts by taking the first track to be the anchor isoform, aligning every other track to it, and identifying frameshift-type tblocks.

However, this approach can prevent us from seeing differences in frame between two other isoforms if the region is not present in the anchor (as in the below example).

@jsaquing Can you describe in more detail about your idea here - I think you may be on to something cool!

There are many ways to define "absolute" frame - can you elaborate, with pictures?
