Add nix flake support #9

Closes #4

Adds a flake.nix to build the plugin for all systems the Hyprland flake supports

Typically the plugins I see built for Nix use Meson as a build system, but I didn't want to add Meson at the same time as the flake since that seems like a job for another PR. If that was done the installPhase could be removed.

Tested on my dots
