The scrapeToolsTechLinkData.py file doesnt work now #1

That .py file doesnt work now as the gsoc website is loading the content dynamically, I will try using selenium for the project instead of urllib. Will do a PR if done.

Can't find a way to go to the next page using selenium, I can only fetch the data of the first 50 organisations shown on each years page
