library linking issue #9

tweetx binary is not linked to /usr/local/lib/libs** 

issue fix:
1) export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/local/lib
   Not good. ***
2) modify Makefile.am @apps 
   -R ${libdir} 
    Good ***
