Support for Key Vault Certificate Tags #387

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We'd love to see support for Azure Tags on the issued certificated stored in Key Vault. This would let use assign custom tags to populate 'metadata' with each certificate (such as 'Customer: Kraft', 'Stage: production').

Describe the solution you'd like If the certificate creation page allowed the creation of custom Tags (mapping to Key Vault certificate tags), there would be flexibility to assign custom metadata for each certificate

Describe alternatives you've considered None cert-tag

Would be also nice to have "CreatedBy" tag with the upn of the user that performs the creation/renewal
