Progress screen buttons anchored, content centered

The 'Reset Counter' and 'New Timelapse' buttons should be anchored to the bottom with the same margin as the rest of the buttons/results in other steps. The progress circle, dividing line, and stats should then all be centered vertically on the screen between the buttons and the text info on top
