In the installation guide , in step 3 you need to use sudo or else it will not create the sym link #128

Hi there, I had some trouble installing this part here: Step 3 Go into the folder that was just created and do pip3 install --process-dependency-links -e .

I never got symlink but running it with sudo worked for me.
