Add -a to fig2dev for better privacy protection #128

The changelog of transfig says -a is a new option to remove user's login name from the
output.  However this feature seems undocumented in the man page.

Personally I am not sure if we should add -a to fig2dev if applicable, because it is
not well-documented.  Nonetheless I think it is worth a new issue thread.
