I believe Splitting latex file with \include{FILE} or \includeonly{FILE} is not supported...
Great work 'though!

What is not working for you? This should definitely work just fine. I used it extensively
on my dissertation.

if you have nomenclature, index and include it's not working. just make a simple file
with all these and split them in two files:
packages
...
begin{document}
include{main}
end{document}
