refs #12 upgrade to AngularJS v1.4.8

Upgraded AngularJS to v1.4.8, as referred in issue#4 and issue#12.

Changelog:

• Updated Angular.js
• Added angular-route and related settings.
• Default placeurl in route parameters is set to 'atm' in ZipCodeFrmCtrl as updated angular-route won't match against /search/:zipcode/:place when :place is '' .
• Removed default handling in SearchCtrl as it is already handled in ZipCodeFrmCtrl.
• The syntax in use right now for Dependency Injection (DI) will cause error in production environment (when minification is used), hence using the updated dependency Injection syntax for angular modules. eg: here
• Updated karma configuration file.
