Bullet multiple lines individually #76

When selecting multiple lines of texting and applying bullet formatting, the 
text editor converts everything to a single line. This is divergent from the 
way most text editors will apply bullets.

If there's a carriage return in the highlighted text portion, can the line 
return be preserved?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter the following text:
     Apple
     Banana
     Carrot
2. Highlight all lines
3. Apply bullet formatting (through interface or shortcut)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected:
* Apple
* Banana
* Carrot

Actual:
 * Apple Banana Carrot

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
