Slow R/W on Thunderbolt and USB devices after wake from sleep #12

It seems that sleep and wake would break the USB and thunderbolt resulting a significant R/W difference on both USB3 and Thunderbolt 3 devices. The writing speed drops from 5XX MB/s to 3 MB/s.
