Make Glassicorn NPC #484

Glassicorn is the name of the NPC that controls the planet throughout most of the game. He gives Merky Hanzers (#483) and gives the other NPCs things that they are addicted to.

[ ] Glassicorn sprite
[ ] Glassicorn ghost sprite (or ghost effect)
[ ] Glassicorn can teleport his ghost
[ ] Glassicorn can create Hanzers
[ ] Glassicorn can detect when Merky is struggling (and give him a Hanzer)
[ ] Glassicorn dialogue

Theme is no longer "Addiction" so this character is being scrapped
