rewind allow changing target #536

when rewinding, if zoom out, and can cancel, should stop rewinding to allow you to pick a different one to rewind to (and tap to go back to normal zoom should cancel rewind) might require disabling time rewind zoom level during forced rewinds

IIRC, the idea is that during a cancellable rewind, you can zoom out and tap another past merky to go to that one instead
