Here is the fix on the previous merge request which should fix

  1. the initial deployment on bosh-lite
  2. a bug that i found, that without initial old-style input, the post-start script was failing.

My question is whether you would like to keep to old-style to import a single store/retention/schedule. If not, then it reduces the changes we need.
