Investigate GitHub Actions for testflight stuff #672

I would like to investigate the feasibility of running unit and integration tests in GitHub Actions. We might even be able to cut releases and do DockerHub work in response to release activities.

We will not be pursuing this, owing to community interest (or lack thereof) and resource constraints.
