Issue: aegis-safe is broken(CrashLoopBackOff)
Root cause: spire-server was not coming up, due to missing ClusterStaticEntry CRD (https://github.com/spiffe/spire-controller-manager/pull/174). Since spire-server was not coming up it was causing aegis-safe restart.
Fix: Adding ClusterStaticEntry CRD and required role updates for spire-server. aegis-safe is fixed once spire-server is running fine.
