Loading screen and icon. #23

A loading screen to be shown until all models have loaded and App is ready. The loading icon is a simple SVG "block" animation that works well in dark or light mode. Any feedback welcome.

Thank you so much @owenmcateer! Agreed Joey about the refactoring! I'm going through some things now and will comment and add issues.
