Full Screen Mode #16

I don't think there's a way to have annotations appear over true fullscreen video since the player takes over, but I could build some kind of full-browser mode so that the video fills the entire browser along with annotations. Then the user could full-screen the browser itself for the desired effect.

This could function a bit more smoothly, but it's a start. I use the new Fullscreen API where available so both the video and annotations go fullscreen within the page and the browser itself goes fullscreen. For now the only way out is to hit escape, or click a link (which pauses the video automatically, anyway).
