sid_changes.log should include msg's

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run pulledpork.
2. View sid_changes.log

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
In the "New Rules" section, include the msg as well as the gid:sid. This would 
provide much more useful context as to what has changed recently.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
CVS as of a few weeks ago.

Have updated to r209, looks good except for the problem I noted related to 
issue #50.  That's not a bug in this code though.
