Story

Persona: user
Need: single sign-on
Purpose: minimize required interactions/confusions

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] make OAuth tokens accessible in storage session upon refresh/re-flow in HubSession
[ ] Trigger OAuth refresh/re-flow if STS timeout
[ ] integration tests for all cases:
- [ ] storage STS timeout, OAuth valid
- [ ] storage STS timeout, OAuth refresh
- [ ] storage STS timeout, OAuth new flow
- [ ] HubSession OAuth refresh
- [ ] HubSession OAuth new flow

Open Questions

[ ] do we need to set OAuth Auth/Token URL on the storage session?
