Story

Persona: technical admin
Need: recognizable bucket names, roles and policies as coming from cipherduck
Purpose: filter for maintenance tasks (e.g. backup)

Acceptance Criteria

[x] implementation and integration tests

Open Questions

expose property in new endpoint which is @RolesAllowed("admin") for integration testing?

property hub.s3.prefix in application.properties of cipherduck-hub (defaulting to cipherduck for now)

Premise of dedicated AWS account for cipherduck (see https://github.com/chenkins/cipherduck-hub/issues/10#issuecomment-1706423845) might make this feature obsolete.
